Poor maintenace AC not working. Power points not working

Location is great. Accessible to main interested area and roads. Hotel building itself looking good inside includes nice shadowed parking at front of it. Newspaper and hospitality are available on daily basis.

Receiptienet is rude. Room AC is hard to control, very cold and make sleeping like freezing process. You need to bring your Eskimo kit with you ! The hotel was actually an apartments and turned into hotel !! Room is very standard house room not hotel room.

Leading me to the hotel by the hotel agent was great and appreciated The parking lot was good with shades , the front desk agent was nice

The facilities in the room were very old , towels were old the shower curtain was short that the water splash out of the shower on the floor , no floor towel

I like the friendly staff; I like that the staff gives you privacy; the breakfast is a good selection. It is easy to get a taxi from the hotel. The staff are knowledgeable.

The internet service in the room is poor. Many times I could not connect or was disconnected.

The location.

My booking said my room had a balcony and internet, it had neither. The only way I could use the internet was by sitting on a sofa by the elevators, or in the lobby. The room was very poorly equipped and dirty. One of the twin beds looked as if it had been slept in. There were just 2 power outlets, one between the beds and one for an old fridge. Two glasses on top of the fridge were stained. The bathroom was dreadful with poorly patched up walls where equipment had been removed and I had to call the housekeeper as there were no towels. Most of the food on the menu in the restaurant was unavailable as there was no chef. Breakfast was poor with little choice.

The location is ok

The water is not clean. The facility is very old.the air-condition is with big noise. The enviroment is not comfortable especially very noisy because of the construction outside.

When I arrived there seemed to have been a miscommunication betweeen Booked.net and the hotel staaf. Despite this the staff did what htey could to accomdate me.

The restaurant staff could not explain the menu and the brekfast was not of much variety.my recommention of this hotel is that it is a fair to good hotel considering the rate paid.

Service is bad in overall. There was no hot water on the bathroom. I have tried several times asking them about the issue. There is no action I Receive. As you (Booked.net) one of the very trusted website in the world, o suggest you to remove this hotel from ur site. Thank you for giving me this chance

Fyrniture very old no room heating fridge is not worker heating water not working, asked to be fixed for 2 days but wasnt fixed breakfast only at resturant no taxis in front of hotel

It was inexpensive

The water was brown coming out of the sink and bath tap. Not good service. Electric outlets were not compatible to any of my needs, and no adapters available. Shower did not work.

* Booked.net Credit Card deposit means nothing to Hotel , you have to pay in advance, and every day some one will call at any time to ask you if you are staying with them and then ask you to deposit more money ... * bad smell in rooms * NO INTERNET in 6th floor * NO GYM ( dont be fooled by the picture , all equipment are damaged and out of date ) , NO room cleaning unless you ask for it !

The area it is located is well connected to the rest of the city

No Gem , No SPA, no health facility at all. the breakfast is realy low standard but you dont have to eat at the hotel. it is like an appartments with some rooms has small kitchenate. if you are doing business at Jeddah, it is good to stay but dont invite your friends or people to the hotel as it is poor reception and no activity at all there.
